From die design to final inspection, we control every step of production — so quality, lead time and cost stay in our hands, not left to chance.
Integrated Production System
One production system covers design, die making, forging, machining, surface treatment and quality inspection. Cold, warm and hot forging lines, backed by our own inspection equipment, let us deliver parts that meet and exceed customer requirements.
Design & Engineering
Drawing review, design-for-manufacture advice and process planning before tooling begins.
Die Making
Forming dies and punches made to each part, for consistent dimensions across long production runs.
Forging
Multi-station cold forming, with warm and hot forging for larger or harder-to-form parts.
Machining
Thread rolling, drilling, tapping, trimming and other secondary operations.
Heat & Surface Treatment
Heat treatment for strength, plus environmentally friendly coatings for corrosion resistance.
Quality Inspection
Dimensional, mechanical and coating checks, with sorting before every shipment.
Forging Technology
Our proprietary forging technology delivers high quality at low cost. Experienced engineers run our multi-station formers at high speed, and near-net-shape forming keeps machining and material waste to a minimum.

Quality & Certification
Quality System
IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certified, with full PPAP documentation available.
Material Certification
EN 10204 3.1 and 3.2 certificates, with third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV on request.
Corrosion Testing
Zinc-flake coated parts tested to ASTM B117: 1,000 hours of salt spray with no red rust.
Supply Chain Resilience
Multiple qualified production sites give our customers flexibility on origin, cost and lead time — and backup capacity if one source is disrupted.
Origin Options
Taiwan-made production is our primary option. Tell us your country-of-origin requirements and we will plan sourcing to match.
Metric Stainless Stock
A2 and A4 metric stainless fasteners held in regular stock. Small quantities welcome, with short lead times.
Cost-Optimised Production
For high-volume, price-sensitive parts, cost-optimised production options inspected to your specification before shipment.
Certificate of origin and EN 10204 material certificates available for every order. Tell us your origin, cost and lead-time priorities, and we will recommend the right production route.
